Shipping & Returns

At OMEGA, we prioritize timeliness, transparency, and reliability in every order we fulfill.

Processing & Delivery

Packages are typically handed to our carrier partners within 3–5 business days of order placement. Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive tracking information via email.

International orders generally arrive within 8–17 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and GlobalPost. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over carrier operations or delays. If you have concerns about a USPS shipment, please contact us at support@omegausa.com.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available as an optional add-on at checkout. Insurance is required for OMEGA to process refunds or reshipments on lost or damaged packages. Without shipping insurance, we are unable to accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on research compounds. All sales are final.

However, we handle the following on a case-by-case basis through our support team:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Missing items from an order
  • Products that do not meet quality expectations

Order Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested before shipment by emailing support@omegausa.com. Cancellations after a package has been picked up by the carrier may incur a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.
